Terms and Conditions of business Confidentiality Davids Biotechnologie garanteed confidentiality handling all customer data. Orders You can place your order by email, fax or on a letter which comes together with the antigens. Orders must be confirmed with a written order stating the full invoice and delivery adress if different from invoice adress. With hís order the customer accepts our terms of business. In germany 19% VAT will be charged separately. Payments are net 30 days after delivery of services or products. Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices are valid until a new price list is published as a catalog or in our internet page. Frequently we offer special prices for registered customers. For bulk orders or services special prices are possible on demand. The price of a service or product is valid from the day of order. The prices in our catalog or any other publication are valid until a new price list will be published. Shipments All serivces and products are shipped EXW Regensburg, Germany. Shipping costs are € 23 for standard shippings. Other costs for shippings are possible for special shipping needs. Products will normally shipped vial air mail devlivery. Unless other shipping is requested the purchaser must agree to pay the additional costs. Davids Biotechnologie GmbH can give a delivery date. This date can be chnaged during production of antibodies to boost the titre of the animals or to wait until hens lay enough eggs. Davids Biotechnologie GmbH can not guarantee a special delivery date. Please note that antibodies are stable from 0 to 55 Celsius. To avoid freezing/thawing cycles in winter and higher temperatures in summer, we add ice packs to the shippings. Animals We use healthy animals from SPF housings. Our animals are controlled every 4 weeks by specialized veterinarians for specific pathogens and specific ectoparasites. We work in accordance with FELASA standards for animal welfare. If an animal dies during immunization process, Davids Biotechnologie is not responsible for the used antigen and will not compensate any costs. We do all work in accordance to good laboratory practice. The selection of antigens is in the hand of the customer. Suggestions to help finding the customer for the best kind of antigen or kind of peptide from Davids Biotechnologie are not a garantee that the proposals leads to antibodies which work in the assay of the customer. Davids Biotechnologie will not compensate the costs for the antigens or any other product used for the immunization process or any other product used for other services. We do not guarantee that the produced antibodies are useful in the customers assays, if not specially specified at the start of the production. In mind with animals as biological material we can not guarantee the time scales indicated as standards in our catalog or any other published data. The welfare and health of our animals is set over other needs. We wait for 21 days after delivery of chicken egg yolk antibodies. Unless the customer informs us about continuation of the production, we stop the production with this hen irreversible. Product use Unless otherwise specified all products and services from Davids Bíotechnologie GmbH are sold for research use only. Not for houshold use. Not fore human or veteriarian use. The customer must test all products and services for use in his special assays.
