Peptide synthesis is done by Festphasensynthese. Quality controls are done by HPLC and MS with each peptide. The purity is about 80% (70 –98%) for the immunizations.

The standard synthesis is 15 mg. That is enough for up to 20 rabbits or hens or 50 mice and an affinity purification matrix.

Different conjugations to carrier molecules are used to get the best immunoresponse for your antigen. To boost the chance to get the best conjugation method and orientation of your antigen we use also a mix of different conjugation methods for one antigen.

The package includes:

1. Free help for searching peptide sequences with our prediction program. Done with a mix of 8 algorythms.

2. Peptide synthesis for the immunizations and the elisa tests and the affinity purifications and some for the customer for his own use.

3. Peptide conjugation to a carrier for the immunizations. As much as needed for the complete immunizations ordered by the customer.

4. MS and HPLC controllings

You can simply order our peptide antibody package together with an antibody delepment.

The package includes:

1. Free help for searching peptide sequences with our prediction program. Done with a mix of 8 algorythms.

2. Peptide synthesis for the immunizations and the elisa tests and the affinity purifications and some for the customer for his own use.

3. Peptide conjugation to a carrier for the immunizations with different methods to get as much as possible out of your peptide antigens. The peptide is conjugated with different orientations to the carrier protein.
We conjugate as much as needed for the complete
immunizations ordered by the customer.

Peptide preparation for use in cell culture in vivo experiment  (Cat.No.P201)

This service is for biological active peptide to prepare them for cell culture use.

The peptides are prepared for cell culture in vivo experiments with several steps to sterilize the fraction and to remove unwanted substances.

1. In a first step the peptide fraction is diluted and the impurities are removed by a second HPLC step.

2. In a second step remaining vaporable substances are removed by lyophilization.

3. In a third step the peptide fraction is diluted in a cell culture compatible buffer like PBS or water.

4. At fourth step the peptide solution is steril filtered.

5. After diluting the peptide fraction to 2 mg/ml it will be frozen and send to the customer.
