Affinity purification

Affinity purification package:

We immobilize your antigen to a chromatographic matrix. The serum or the egg yolk antibodies are prepared for chromatographic runs. We do the chromatographies until all antibodies bind to the matrix and then elute the monospecific antibodies from the matrix. The antibody fraction is monospecific and about 90-99% pure

Affinity purification against immobilized antigen.

We need about 0,5 to 5 mg of the antigen for the immobilization to a chromatography matrix.

Purification of up to 50 ml serum or of up to IgG from 10 immuno egg yolks or from 1 L cell culture supernatant.

ProteinA purification

From cell culture supernatants or from rabbit, human or mouse sera we purify a IgG fraction with proteinA or if needed with proteinG.

You will get a total IgG fraction from sera and a monospecific IgG fraction from cell culture supernatants if grown in serum free medium.

Purification from 1 L culture supernatant or from 35 ml of serum.

DabioPrep II
Special purification

If your IgG do not bind to proteinA or proteinG or if your antibody is an IgM or from egg yolk or if the antibody is very fragile we can do a DabioPrepII purification instead of proteinA purification. This gives a comparable fraction in mind with a proteinA purified IgG fraction.

Purification from 1 L culture supernatant or from 35 ml of serum or from 8 immuno egg yolks.

Special purification

This is an affinity purification and proteinA purification combined with other chromatographic methods depending on the source of the raw material.
This purification have the following advantages:

· Up to 99% IgG.

· 0,1 to 10 U/ml endotoxin depending on raw material.

· For direct use in cell cultures.

IgM purification

We offer IgM purifications for your monoclonal IgM producing clones.  The development of different purification methods gives our customers the chance to use also the monoclonal IgM producing clones. In the following are two standard methods used in our lab frequently. Other methods on demand.

ProteinA surrogate purification

From cell culture supernatants or from rabbit, human or mouse sera we purify an all gamma globulin subclasses fraction without a pH shift and therefor gentle and activity  conserving.

You will get a total IgG fraction from sera and a monospecific IgG fraction from cell culture supernatants if grown in serum free medium.

Purification from 1 L culture supernatant or from 35 ml of serum.
